Amy also owned and managed a small business with her husband for 25 years before moving to Holmes Beach three years ago. This experience showed her the value in hospitality and the importance of excellent customer service, which she has carried over into her real estate career.

Falling in love with the Holmes Beach and Anna Maria area, Amy knew her next path in life would involve meeting new people in the area and helping them find their dream home in paradise, just like her family had. Real estate was the obvious choice as it combined her interests in home design, exploring new places, being adventurous and her quality of being a great listener. Fundamental to her business, Amy believes in working in the best interest of her customers to build loyalty, create value, and is committed to walking her customers through every step of the process to make it as seamless as possible.

Originally born and raised in Lake City, FL., for 46 years, Amy moved to the Gulf Coast and instantly became enamored with the locally owned business and scenic beaches. Amy and her husband Jonathan have been married for 29 years and two adult children, a golden retriever named Jagger and three grand-dogs. You’re most likely to see Amy outdoors, either fishing, boating or strolling the beaches when she isn’t traveling, reading, tinkering with interior design and spending time with family and friends.
